Your Jobmaker process

First step: After inviting your employees to follow a Jobmaker program, take a little time to introduce Jobmaker in a human exchange. A few minutes to allow the employee to understand what it is and what it will bring them.
Second step: Using your HR platform, you can send invitation emails to the employees. They follow the email instructions, connect to Jobmaker, and create their profile in a few clicks. Our recommendation in this first phase is, fix them an appointment when you send the invitation. This should be for a face-to-face meeting with you, 4 to 8 weeks after the invitation is sent. This dead-line could be an additional motivation, and will boost your employee's commitment. And if you forget to do so, when the employee has made progress in his or her reflection, you will receive a notification that will suggest that you set a date to meet with him or her.
Third step: it is the realization of the workshops by the collaborator. He goes at his own pace, in autonomy, and progresses step by step to set himself in movement
During this period, the content of the employee's reflection is confidential, but it is possible to follow his progress. Thanks to your HR Jobmaker interface, it is also possible to carry out follow-up actions if necessary.
The employee will be able to share the summary of his or her thoughts with you whenever he or she wishes.
Last step: An eventual debriefing. A time for discussion, during which you can challenge your employee's thoughts and progress, and maybe, propose an action plan.
