Let's talk about the process first. It is a question of combining the experience of the employee equipped with his digital coach and the intervention of the HR.
Depending on the company, the employee can access Jobmaker in two different ways.
In the first option, the employee has access to jobmaker at his own request, via his company's platform. He will work on his career reflection through different workshops. And when the employee is sufficiently committed to his or her program, the HR department receives a notification on their platform, inviting them to make an appointment with the employee and debrief with them.
In the second option, it is the HR, (the talent developer, or the manager) who invites the employee to attend a number of workshops or a program on Jobmaker. In this case, we would like to share with you three keys to encourage, through your interventions, the commitment of your employee.
