Here is the Dashboard of your HR platform

Your dashboard is composed of three parts, where you will find: an overview of your invitations, the completion of the programs by your employees, the number of workshops worked on, as well as the progress of all your employees in the program.

In the top right corner, you have the Period Filter. By modifying it you can display the data of your employees over a specific interval.

In My Actions, your to-do list is generated automatically

It allows you to improve employee's engagement and easily adopt best practices. It also saves you time in order to carry out specific and quick actions.

The My Users tab gives you an overview of all the users of the CareerCoach.

You have the possibility to filter according to different criteria. This tab also allows you to conduct multiple follow-up actions and gives you instant visibility on the number of follow-up actions per user.

If you wish, this is where you can export your data.

The Resources tab gives you access to text and video content that will enrich your experience on Jobmaker.
