How long will it take the employee to complete the workshops in the program?

The program is 'on demand', the collaborator can realize the workshops à la carte, according to his needs. All workshops can take between 3 and 8 hours depending on the level of maturity of the employee. Advise him/her to take about ten 30-minute sessions, trying to keep a rhythm.
