Who has access to employee data?

The contents are confidential. They are accessible to other people only if the user decides to share them via his Career Coach or by downloading all or part of his productions in pdf format, in order to print them or send them to his HR/Manager. To share it from his Career Coach, he just has to activate the button "give access to my report".
