Jobmaker: a new HR/employee deal
Employees who embark on a guided reflection with Jobmaker are autonomous and have the possibility - and this is Jobmaker's main interest - to follow the workshops whenever they wish, and to manage their pace on their own. This freedom can have a counterpart: the difficulty of liberating time through the daily flow of work and the piles of tasks that are accumulating.
First point: it may be relevant to help your employee plan their time. You can think with him/her about the best timing in the week, to take a moment and reflect about their career... Then suggest that they schedule their work sessions. For example, twice a week, 30 minutes a session.
Second point: giving a specific meeting date at the beginning of the program can be an asset that will allow your employee to better structure their time. A one-on-one debrief will certainly be an additional motivation.
Third and final point: on your PIRH, you have access to workshops monitoring information. Notifications will be sent to you, and you will be able to take appropriate follow-up action. They can be very useful to motivate your employee.
