How long will it take the employee to complete the workshops in the program?

As the programme is 'on demand', the employee can carry out the workshops à la carte, according to his or her needs. All the workshops can take between 3 and 8 hours depending on the employee's level of maturity, so advise him/her to take about ten sessions 30 minutes each to keep the pace.

When can the employee work on the program?

As the platform is a Saas solution, the program can be done anywhere and at any time.

Does the employee have to work on the program all at once ?

It is up to the employee to decide which rhythm is the most suitable. However, some workshops encourage the employee to take time for reflection and therefore lead to a back and forth movement between this personal time to take a step back and the time to put it into practice.

An indicative time is given for each workshop, but it can be carried out in several small working sessions.

Can we do the workshops in any order?

The employee can choose the workshop he or she wants, but some of them have "pedagogical pre-requisites". They are only accessible once another workshop has been completed.
